- You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at cancellations@fashionglow.com.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
